PPS Quality Metrology

Responsible for performing dimensional measurements of parts, dies, and
components using CMM, ATOS, ARGUS, and LEICA systems, ensuring accurate tracking
and control of FLD performance.
Manages and monitors key performance indicators (CP, CPK, EBO, SPIR),
implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements based on dimensional
results.
Maintains equipment certification and checking fixture status (including CN
updates and R&R;), ensuring measurement compliance and availability of required
templates.

Qualifications
* Measures the parts with the CMM abd tracks results.

* Scans the parts, dies and components as required and tracks results by using
the ATOS system.





* Measures the parts with the ARGUS and LEICA sysstem to maintain the FLD
numbers on track.

* Keeps all the KPI related to the CP, CPK & EBO an all the
measurements realted to this responsibility.

* Makes improvements as needed according to the dimensionals results.

* Maintenance the checking fixture status, CN level updet, R&R; and other
certifications required.

* Monitors the SPIR results and takes actions according to the variations.

* Keeps the CMM certified, tracks any issues.

* Keeps all parts measured as well as provides any template required.
