About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Administration & Corporate Services Director to lead and align key administrative functions across the organization, including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Procurement, General Affairs, Business Planning, and EHS. Reporting directly to the President, this strategic leadership role will drive operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth while serving as the primary liaison with integral headquarters in Japan.

Responsibilities

Lead and integrate all administrative functions to support corporate objectives.
Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and budget control.
Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, quality, and EHS requirements.
Drive operational efficiency,



digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
Lead strategic projects, organizational development, and executive KPI management.
Act as a trusted advisor to the President and key contact with international leadership.

Qualifications

Professional Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in administration, finance, or organizational management.
Experience in multicultural or Japanese corporate environments is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Strong background in ERP systems (SAP, PLEX, or similar), financial analysis, budgeting, audits, IT management, and EHS.
Proven executive leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
