As our e-Commerce Specialist, you’ll strengthen Davines’ digital presence by managing our e-commerce channels and executing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, create meaningful customer experiences, and foster strong digital relationships.

What You Will Do

Design and implement the annual digital marketing and e-commerce strategy to drive growth, profitability, website traffic, and online sales.
Manage the end-to-end operation of e-commerce channels (website and Amazon), ensuring an efficient shopping experience, the achievement of commercial objectives, and the smooth execution of daily operations.
Manage and optimize the product catalog, Product Detail Pages (PDPs), visual content, and graphic assets by creating digital artwork for campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials, while ensuring all content is accurate, up to date,



and aligned with brand standards across all digital channels.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and retail media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Amazon Ads, and Amazon DSP) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Manage the conversion funnel and analyze traffic, sales, conversion, profitability (P&L;), and KPI performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, Legal, external agencies, and digital platform teams to ensure the efficient operation of e-commerce channels, including inventory management, replenishment, shipping, returns, invoicing, reconciliations, and administrative processes.
Monitor marketplaces and other online sales channels to identify pricing, content, or distribution policy violations, coordinating the appropriate actions with the Legal team.
