The Performance Marketing Data Specialist is responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns by leveraging data from multiple performance channels. This role plays a crucial part in supporting strategic decision-making through deep data analysis, trend identification, and automated reporting. The adecuado candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Performance Analysis Monitor and evaluate KPIs across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic). Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, and LTV. Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities

2. Data Collection & Management Integrate, clean, and manage data from various platforms: Sprinklr, CRM, Google Analytics, ad platforms, and internal databases. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.

3. Reporting & Dashboard Creation Build and maintain automated dashboards using tools like Looker Studio,



Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets. Develop performance scorecards and trend analysis presentations.

4. A/B Testing & Experimentation Analyze results from A/B tests, multivariate testing, and controlled experiments.

5. Budget Optimization & ForecastingWork alongside the Digital Strategist to support budget allocation and media mix decisions.
Forecast performance based on historical trends, seasonal behavior, and predictive modeling.

Qualificationions:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a relatedield.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or growth analysis.
Experience with payed advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
