Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT Service & Infrastructure team. In this hands-on role, you will provide technical support to local and remote employees, assist with IT hardware and software deployment, and gain real-world exposure to enterprise IT management within a high-tech engineering environment.

This internship is idóneo for a computer science or IT student eager to apply academic knowledge to corporate IT infrastructure, networks, and technical helpdesk operations.

IT Helpdesk & End-User Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT inquiries via ticketing systems, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues for local and remote staff (Windows/macOS environments).
Assist with user account creation, access management, and password resets in Active Directory / Microsoft 365.
Support the setup, imaging, configuration, and deployment of laptops,



desktops, monitors, and peripherals for new hires.
Help maintain physical and virtual IT inventory records (workstations, licenses, accessories).
Assist with basic software installations, including specialized engineering tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, where applicable).
Support local network maintenance, Wi-Fi connectivity checks, and conference room AV setup.
Assist IT administrators with basic server, firewall, or cloud system maintenance tasks (e.g., Azure / AWS basic management).
Participate in routine system back-ups and data security health checks.
Update internal IT knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
Assist in rolling out new IT security policies, software upgrades, or company-wide technology initiatives.
