Key Responsibilities
Mechanical design for battery cell integration, enclosures, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T;,



and BOMs for tooling release.
Perform tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, and design robustness activities.
Update designs for automated assembly, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing transfer.
Support prototyping, on-site builds, suppliers, and international manufacturing partners.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Engineering degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace.
6+ years of product design experience.
Experience with batteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging.
Strong CAD skills: Onshape, NX, SolidWorks.
PFMEA, PPAP, DFM experience
Advanced English + valid travel visa.
