Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement? We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join our Operations team and help drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will support daily production operations, lead and develop supervisors and production teams, and partner with cross-functional departments to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Mains Responsibilities:
Support the Production Manager in leading daily manufacturing operations.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Supervise and coach production supervisors and hourly employees to achieve operational goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Safety, Productivity, Efficiency, OEE, Scrap, Labor Utilization, and On-Time Delivery.




Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to resolve operational challenges.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for production issues.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Support workforce planning, staffing, training, and employee development.
Participate in capacity planning, labor planning, and production forecasting.
Lead daily production meetings and communicate operational priorities across departments.
