What will you do as a Process Engineer at Sealed Air?

As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in building the manufacturing process foundation for our converting and assembly operations.



You will be responsible for developing, documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and scalability.

This role will serve as the technical bridge between the Juárez manufacturing site and global engineering teams in the United States and Asia, driving the adoption of best practices while ensuring local processes support business growth, New Product Introductions (NPI), and long-term operational performance.

You will work extensively on the manufacturing floor, partnering with Production, Quality, Engineering, Training, and Global teams to establish standardized work, optimize processes, and ensure successful execution across the operation.
