This position is under the general guidance and support of the Plant Controller.

This position is responsible for:

* Supporting the implementation of SIS program in the Toluca Complex as a
Finance Champion. Activities include:
* Coordinating activities related to the financial support of the SIS
program.
* Support operative people for training related to loss/cost deployment
issues.
* Planning on supporting the activities related to achieve the targets set
for the Plant for the projects that should produce the benefits/savings.
* Follow up on the VCP initiatives with operations supporting the Plant
Controller.
* Review and approve kaizenes for projects presented for the operative areas
of the Plant.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of core Finance or Accounting experience
* The ability to understand and financially valuate processes or projects and
generate value analysis.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Proficient in SAP or PSAP and Smart View / Essbase and knowledge of the
project writing system
