We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager ready to own Yuno's most strategic and enterprise accounts, turning them into long-term, high-impact partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of revenue growth, client success, and product feedback — one of the most visible,
cross-functional seats in our commercial organization.
You'll be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts, building deep relationships with C-level stakeholders. That level of trust takes genuine curiosity and a real technical understanding of your client's business — you'll act as the human dimension of the product, working closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to orchestrate the resolution of complex technical issues at the executive level.
This role will push you to think several moves ahead. You'll design your revenue approach based on segmentation across your portfolio (Tier 1 Strategic / Tier 2 Growth / Tier 3 Transactional), balancing high-spend accounts against high-growth ones.
