As a Lead Performance Management Specialist, you will contribute to the growth and success through:
Responsible for advising and supporting their assigned business with the execution of PM processes in alignment with Deloitte’s performance management strategy. This can include:
Serving as an advisor to talent and business leaders on PM processes and strategy, including socialization and education as the performance management experience continues to be enhanced
Owning relationship with assigned talent business advisors (TBAs) and collaborating to execute performance management activities that support the development of our people and enable leaders to make informed performance-based decisions related to promotions, compensation, etc.
Identifying trends in performance data and making recommendations for action, including low performer management
Advising business leaders, team leaders, and coaches on navigating sensitive low performer scenarios
Supporting talent business advisors and business leaders with the annual performance and promotion cycle, including identifying eligible professionals, advising on readiness, and finalizing/submitting promotion decisions
Coordinating data updates in system to ensure accu
