warranty performance for wheels, tires, jacks, wheel trim, and related
equipment. In this role, you will monitor field performance and analyze warranty
data to identify emerging trends, quality concerns, and opportunities to improve
customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product engineering,
manufacturing, supplier quality, service, and warranty teams to investigate
issues, support root-cause analysis, track corrective actions, and communicate
