Responsible for managing and maintaining the physical infrastructure of buildings and facilities. This includes systems related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, safety, and security systems
**JOB DETAILS**
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and respond to emergency breakdowns or repairs.
- Ensure the facility’s energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and waste management are in line with regulations
- Monitor performance of all facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), ensuring optimal efficiency and addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Implement energy-saving strategies to reduce operational costs.
- Manage or oversee construction projects, renovations, and other facility-related improvements.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services and repairs.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for facility upgrades and new installations.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrial, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management at least 1 year
- Strong knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems
- English 70% or higher
