JOB SUMMARY

Job Summary:

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

Guadalajara North.





Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role
involves:

* Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions,
incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process
efficiency.

* Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing
systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to
visualize solutions before implementation.

* Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic
design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.

* Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate
system changes and project status.

* Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using
visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption.
