Role Summary
Performs routine maintenance and repair services in more than one craft such as electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and millwrighting. This position is more common in smaller facilities where the incumbent has adequate experience to do most of the work specific to that setting, but is supported by specialists or outside contractors as needed. Has a sound understanding of the maintenance history of the building, equipment, and other facilities to be maintained.Job Responsibilities
