Where You’ll Make a Difference
Coordinate site payroll administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Serve as the primary liaison between the site and payroll teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries




Act as the site-level liaison between employees, union representatives, plant leadership, and Human Resources to support positive labor relations
Coordinate employee communications, meetings, workforce-related actions, and follow-up activities with employees and union representatives
Manage site training programs, training matrices, qualification records, and compliance with mandatory training requirements
Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding activities, employee documentation, and workforce administration processes
Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives
Maintain workforce records and prepare reports related to payroll, attendance, training compliance, and headcount metrics
Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and administrative procedures
