Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Logistics and Warehouse is responsible for leading the end-to-end logistics, distribution, warehousing, import, and export operations for Mexico. This role ensures the safe, compliant, cost-effective, and efficient flow of materials and finished goods across the supply chain while supporting business growth and customer service objectives.
This position provides strategic and operational leadership for both internal and third-party warehouse operations, transportation management, customs compliance, import/export administration, inventory control, and distribution network optimization. The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and external logistics providers to ensure uninterrupted product availability and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute the Mexico logistics and warehousing strategy aligned with business objectives and service requirements.
Lead transportation, distribution, warehousing,



and logistics operations to optimize cost, service, and inventory performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service levels, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
Develop and monitor logistics KPIs and establish corrective action plans when performance gaps exist.
Ensure business continuity through effective risk management and contingency planning.
Provide oversight of all company-operated and third-party warehouse facilities.
Establish operational standards, inventory control processes, and storage practices that ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Lead warehouse capacity planning and network optimization efforts.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
Oversee all import and export activities to ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations and international trade requirements.
