You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering leaders and talent teams to shape hiring strategies and strengthen the candidate pipeline. Accountabilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles across Latin America,
from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offer management, and successful onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong outbound sourcing strategy to identify high-quality technical candidates, including passive talent from competitive engineering markets.
Partner closely with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand team needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate pipelines.
Develop expertise in target talent markets, identifying high-performing engineering teams, emerging talent hubs, and effective sourcing channels.
Use modern recruiting technologies, AI-powered sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and processes within recruiting platforms, ensuring visibility and trust across teams.
