Job Description:
What You'll Do:
1. Commercial Strategy & Execution
Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales plans across channels (retail, foodservice, industrial, export as applicable)
Drive execution of sales initiatives to deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market share
Optimize portfolio performance, balancing growth, margin, and customer mix
Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of key business projects and sales objectives
2. Portfolio & Business Ownership
Own a significant portion of the business portfolio with full accountability for performance outcomes
Establish sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure disciplined execution of commercial policies, governance, pricing protocols, and tools
3. Customer & Market Leadership
Lead strategic relationships with key customers and distributors




Identify and capture new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships
Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategy
4. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and broader sales teams
Build a high-performing, accountable, and customer-focused sales organization
Drive talent development, succession planning, and engagement for the local sales team
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in Sales or Commercial roles
Proven experience leading multi-channel sales teams
Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability
Experience managing strategic customer relationships and negotiations
Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, experience in Food Manufacturing or Consumer Goods preferred
