JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly)
located in Guadalajara, North Campus.





Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, this role involves responsibilities
for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery
improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

* Develop mechanical assembly processes capable of ensuring stability,
capacity, and continuous improvement.

* Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.

* Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for
production.

* Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies

* Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).

* Interface with production of all activities associated with new process
implementation and transfer.

* Process development and optimization
