JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Director, Operations located in
Guadalajara North, Campus.

Reporting to the VP,



Operations. The Director, Operations will be responsible
for leading and overseeing advanced mechanical and electromechanical assembly
operations, SMT manufacturing lines, and Liquid Cooling processes, ensuring
scalable, high‑volume production, technology integration, and operational
excellence.

What a typical day looks like:

* Technology process deployment is for all business units and value add
services organization.
* Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company’s
strategic direction.
* Develop strategic planning for the direction and control of manufacturing
process development activities.
* Formulate long-term objectives and standards of performance for the
department.
* Assure that the department achieves objectives and project completion within
budget and time frame.
* Be a student of current industry trends, ensuring that the company maintains
and expands its man
