Regional Sales Manager – North Mexico

About the Role
Hanwha Vision is looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth and expand our market presence across Northern Mexico.
This position will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, managing strategic accounts, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, technology partners, and end users.
The adecuado candidate combines strong B2B sales experience, knowledge of the electronic security industry, an established network in Northern Mexico, and the ability to manage complex technology projects from opportunity identification through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Territory Development
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for Northern Mexico.
• Identify and prioritize strategic accounts, system integrators, distributors, and business opportunities.




• Create tailored development plans for key partners and customers.
• Implement commercial initiatives that increase market penetration, revenue, and market share.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Account and Channel Management
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants, technology partners, and end users.
• Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate demand through major end users and strategic vertical markets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering firms, consultants, and industry stakeholders to develop project opportunities.
• Support channel partners throughout the complete sales cycle.

Solution Selling and Sales Support
• Present Hanwha Vision’s products, solutions, and value proposition to prospective custome
