We are now looking for an experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our business in Colombia/Chile/Argentina.

About the Role:
As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Edge Medical’s surgical robotic platform across Colombia/Chile/Argentina. You will develop new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders,



and lead the capital sales process from prospecting through successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Colombia/Chile/Argentina market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
* Lead the capital equipment sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
* Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
* Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
* Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Proven experience in capital medical equipment
