About the Role

Hanwha Vision is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to lead our marketing strategy and execution across Mexico and Latin America.
This role will be responsible for strengthening our brand positioning, accelerating demand generation, expanding channel engagement, and supporting business growth throughout the region. The adecuado candidate combines strong B2B marketing experience, regional leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of technology products and solutions.
The Marketing Team Leader will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Operations, executive leadership, and Headquarters to ensure regional initiatives are aligned with commercial priorities and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Strategy and Leadership
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across Mexico and Latin America.
• Build and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, KPIs,



and performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives focused on brand positioning, market penetration, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regional growth strategies.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Demand Generation and Channel Marketing
• Develop integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth.
• Design marketing programs that support distributors, channel partners, STEP partners, and system integrators.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives, roadshows, webinars, partner activities, and industry events.
• Support commercial teams with programs and content that help accelerate sales opportunities.
• Measure campaign performance and optimize marketing investment through data-driven decision-making.
