Oversees equipment maintenance and leads maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance in the organization to ensure a longer lifespan of machines and facilities.

Job Requirements

Overseeing maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, and performance management to ensure measurable goals, goal satisfaction, and effective staff performance management.
Supervising and implementing continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency through Kaizen, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Overseeing preventive and condition base maintenance targeting to achieve maximum availability of equipment and zero production downtime.
Developing and publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to correctly utilize and maintain facilities throughout the unit.

Execute and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize recurring failures and production downtime.
Manage departmental maintenance expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and equipment improvements.
Provide management with regular updates regarding maintenance performance, costs, and operational status.
Develop and monitor equipment downtime metrics, productivity reports, and maintenance KPIs.
Support the acquisition, installation, modification, and commissioning of machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure.
Supervise maintenance activities related to critical plant utilities, including electricity, water, gas, compressed air, and HVAC systems.
