Able to develop in high pressure environments

Able to coordinate and monitor people in the production floor
Follow up to execution against the production plan previously defined

Decision making and needed actions to maintain KPI’s

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as production supervisor
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in a demanding in production environment.
Experince and knowledge in the field of tool and assembly construction.
Systems management, SAP or other ERP’s
Office tools such Excel, Power Point
Conflicts management
Teamwork player
Leadership
