About the Role:
As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will drive growth across our rapidly expanding managed service offerings in Latin America, with Mexico as your primary market and opportunity to expand across the region. You'll build and cultivate relationships with holding companies and direct advertisers, positioning PubMatic's managed solutions as a strategic partner that delivers results and drives outcomes. You will own your pipeline, drive revenue targets, and lead the full sales cycle while collaborating closely with our Marketplace and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client success.
What You'll Do:
Own and exceed an individual revenue quota across Mexico and assigned LATAM markets, driving new business acquisition for our managed service solutions.
Prospect and develop relationships with holding company clients and direct advertisers, understanding their buying challenges and positioning our managed service offerings as a differentiated solution.
Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.




Conduct business reviews with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketplace and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and successful execution against client expectations.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM, providing regular updates on regional market intelligence and competitive feedback.
Represent PubMatic at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships across the region.

Develop a deep understanding of PubMatic's managed service solutions, technical capabilities, and value proposition, effectively communicating the benefits of our platform to drive business outcomes.
Who You Are:
5–8 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic, SSPs, DSPs, or managed services.
