Bilingual Real Estate Acquisitions Cold Caller
Reports To: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Position Objective
Support the Chief Investment Officer by identifying potential real estate acquisition opportunities through outbound calls to property owners and commercial real estate brokers.
The Real Estate Acquisitions Cold Caller will introduce the company, identify owners who may consider selling, develop relationships with brokers, qualify potential opportunities, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Owner Outreach (60%)
Conduct outbound calls to multifamily and commercial property owners in the company’s target markets.
Introduce the company as an active real estate investor and direct buyer.
Determine whether owners may be interested in selling now or in the future.
Ask preliminary questions regarding the property, ownership situation, expected price, motivation, and timeline.
Schedule qualified calls between interested property owners and the CIO.
Follow up consistently with owners who are not immediately ready to sell.
Broker Outreach (25%)
Contact commercial real estate and multifamily brokers.
Introduce the company’s acquisition criteria and investment strategy.
Ask about current, upcoming, and off-market opportunities.
Request offering memorandums, property information, and other available documents.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers.
Ensure the company is added to relevant buyer and broker distribution lists.
Lead Management and Research (15%)
Research property owners, brokers, companies, and potential acquisition opportunities.
Record calls, contact information, property details, notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
Maintain organized lists of active leads and future follow-ups.
Provide regular reports on calls, conversations, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings.
Assist the CIO with acquisition-related research and special projects as requested.
