Role Description
As a continuous improvement intern you will support improvement projects in our manufacturing operations while gaining hands-on experience with engineering and Lean Manufacturing principles. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll learn how continuous improvement is applied in a real production environment and contribute to projects that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities
· Support continuous improvement projects across production areas.
· Collect and analyze production data.
· Assist with process documentation and standard work.
· Help prepare reports and presentations.




· Participate in problem-solving and improvement activities.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related engineering field.
· Interest in manufacturing, Lean, and process improvement.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Eager to learn and develop professionally.
· Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
