Your "Day to Day"

The Manager MRP LAC is responsible for leading regional material requirements planning and supply planning activities across Latin America and Canada, ensuring the optimal availability of finished goods, raw materials, components, and production capacity to support business objectives.





This role plays a critical part in balancing demand and supply across the network, mitigating operational risks, improving supply continuity, and driving planning excellence. The position partners closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate forecasting, and seamless product availability across the region.

In addition to leading day-to-day planning operations, the role is expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen planning capabilities, and implement strategies that enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and cash performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead material requirements planning (MRP) processes across the LAC region to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Manage demand-supply balancing activities and support short, medium, and long-term planning cycles.
