We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI systems used by organizations worldwide.
This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role where your real-world knowledge of management theory makes a meaningful difference.
Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations
Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models approach managerial thinking
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs
Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing detailed, constructive feedback
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational development
Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
