We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, explain, and reason through real-world business concepts — from strategy and operations to management and finance.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role powered by Alignerr (by Labelbox), one of the leading platforms for AI training data.
Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance
Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
Apply your teaching experience to validate edge cases and nuanced business scenarios
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
Able to clearly evaluate and explain business reasoning in written form
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required — we'll set you up for success
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Industry or applied business experience beyond academia
Familiarity with AI, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
