Support a strong control environment, follows-up on audit issues and supports to implement correcting measures.
Develop root-cause analysis to improve the level of service, quality and effectiveness of the operation in close collaboration with line manager and peers. This position is measured by GRIR KPIs (open items).
Ownership and maintenance of GRIR Account.
Collaborate closely with the business and the P2P Business Partner, Accounting department and our posting team in order to decrease and mitigate financial risk.
Support Record to Report team on MEC matters regarding the accounting information.
Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, GRIR trainings,
FAQs, etc.
In charge of prepare, present and drive BSR conversations with CFO.
Prepare GRIR Monthly account reconciliation.
Follow up on PO items > 90 days with PO owner, requester, guaranteeing actions plans in order to close open items.
Responsible to prepare and sent to approving WO according to LSI and the Local Instructions.
Reviewer/ Execution for sensitive transactions MR11, MRBR, MIGO and FBRA.
Document process/exceptions in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Invoice processing around 200 invoices per month.
Act as GRIR point of contact and Business Partner for Ecuador, supporting local stakeholders and driving timely resolution of open items and risk mitigation activities.
Qualifications
A degree in Business Administration or Accounting is mandatory.
3-5 years of financial experience, Accounts Payable any other related finance field.
