It is a **six-month project** (with the possibility of extension for two more months) offering second-level support for **Windows Server (Active Directory)**using **Citrix**, aimed at **US**users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide **day-to-day operational support** for Oracle Health customers’ **Citrix environments**.
- Perform Tech currency and upgrades.
- Respond to various Customer Service Requests.
- Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams.
Qualifications:
- **English C1-C2 Advanced** to proficient, fluent conversational.
- Experience with both **Citrix AVRS23** and **Windows Server (Active Directory)**:
- Experience with cloud infrastructure with **OCI**, or AWS
- Min. **3-5 years** experience
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
