To support our aggressive growth strategy in the Western US and Mexico we are recruiting a Key Account Manager (KAM) that will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships. This position leads commercial activities, coordinates cross-functional efforts, and develops strategies that achieve revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction. The KAM also serves as the customer’s advocate within the organization, ensuring products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth objectives for assigned accounts.
• Identify, develop,



and secure new business opportunities through strategic customer engagement and business development activities.
• Develop customer account strategies and coordinate internal resources to successfully secure targeted business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and other departments to support customer programs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate customer requirements, expectations, and strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers within Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and other functional areas.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, long-term agreements (LTAs), and pricing strategies for new and existing business.
