Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of recruitment coordination processes across different hiring categories: Professional External & Internal Hiring, Frontline Hiring, and Early Talent Hiring.



You will be responsible for managing requisition processing, interview scheduling, offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities, while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and process adherence.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and HR teams to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
