JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Manager located in Guadalajara,
North Campus.





Reporting to Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Manager, is responsible for
implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse
functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving,
warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff.

What a typical day looks like:

* Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating,
coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and
procedures.
* Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements
by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to
requirements; advising management on needed actions.
* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring
security procedures and protocols.
* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with
data storage system.
