Job Description:
This strategic position is responsible for driving the HR agenda across the cluster, ensuring alignment with the company's general objectives while tailoring priorities to meet cluster and market operations and cultural needs. The HR Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment, enabling business success through effective people strategies.

- Strategic Thinking: Operates with high autonomy to develop and own HR strategy; Aligns HR strategies with business objectives, shapes proactive workforce strategies.
- Drives Effectiveness: Acts as a consultant to enable organisation,



team and individual effectiveness through coaching and feedback to support the realization of the business objectives.
