SUMMARY: Responsible for daily coordination of activities in warehouse and directing warehouse workers directly or through cell leaders, outlining work assignments and assigning duties to support all departments.
Will work closely with all departments to achieve the above.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for handling all issues with production, warehouse staff, etc. unless the need arises for the warehouse manager to resolve matters.
Responsible for overseeing and directing daily activities of warehouse personnel while maintaining safe and organized work area and adhering to established output and quality standards.
Responsible for organizing, prioritizing and directing the work of the department to meet production demands.
Has knowledge of the MRP system (Glovia) and has proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and Word.
Responsible for overseeing all receiving activities through presentation of material to the floor.
Responsible for inventory control and issuance of production materials to appropriate areas as deemed necessary.
