About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to design and lead the commercial and channel strategy for SKINTIFIC México. This role owns the trade investment agenda, translating brand strategy into channel-specific plans that accelerate sell-in and sell-out, strengthen category performance, and maximise return on every peso invested at the point of sale.
Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Finance, you will define pricing and promotional architecture, build Joint Business Plans with our key retail partners, and turn shopper, category and market data into commercial decisions that drive profitable growth across Modern Trade, Pharma, Specialty Beauty and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities
Channel & Commercial Strategy
• Define and lead the national Trade Marketing strategy across Modern Trade, Pharma, Specialty Beauty, Wholesale and eCommerce channels.
• Translate brand and marketing plans into channel-specific and customer-specific commercial plans,
tailored to each retailer’s shopper profile.
• Build the Route to Market strategy and define the portfolio, assortment and pack-price architecture per channel.
• Lead the commercial calendar, aligning product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional cycles with Sales and Marketing.
Trade Investment & Profitability
• Own and govern the A&P; and trade investment budget, ensuring disciplined allocation and measurable return.
• Design the promotional strategy and pricing architecture, protecting margin while driving volume and market share.
• Measure and optimise promotion ROI, reallocating investment towards the highest-performing mechanics, customers and categories.
• Partner with Finance on P&L; management, trade spend accruals, profitability analysis and budget forecasting.
Customer & Joint Business Planning
• Co-develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key retail partners, defining shared growth targ
