independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications

our growth, we are seeking a Asociate Security Supervisor in North Guadalajara.
Your objective is to ensure a safe work environment for operations.
A typical day includes:
* Experience performing a similar role in asset security, monitoring security
systems, and implementing security measures within manufacturing or corporate
facilities.
* Knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control
systems, intrusion alarms, and related electronic equipment.
* Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity related to security
systems.
* Basic to intermediate programming and troubleshooting skills for security
platforms, automation, or system integrations.
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement
methodologies.
* Familiarity with security certifications, standards, and compliance
requirements (ISO 27001, CTPAT, TAPA, ISO 9001, or similar certifications is a
