Technology Solutions Manager – IT Solutions & Delivery
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technology Solutions Manager – IT Solutions & Delivery to support the definition, planning, and delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
This role will serve as a key connection point between business stakeholders, Technology teams, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Strong combination of business analysis, technology consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery experience, with the ability to understand business challenges, define solution approaches, and support successful technology initiatives across general teams.
To Qualify for the Role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in IT, Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Management, Solution Delivery, or related roles.




Experience supporting technology initiatives from requirements definition through delivery.
Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, scope management, and cost estimation.
Understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and modern technology solutions.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies is preferred.
Experience working in professional services or consulting environments is a plus.
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define technology solutions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and technical teams to evaluate solution options and recommend effective approaches.
Support end-to-end solution planning, including scope definition, effort estimation, cost analysis, and delivery strategy.
Manage and support technology demand activities, including intake, prioritization, and alig
