JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in
Guadalajara, North Campus.





Reporting to the Sr Director, Quality the Supplier Quality Engineer role is
responsible for ensures quality, safety, capability, delivery, environmental,
and customer-specific requirements. This role drive continuous improvement, risk
management, and overall performance of the supply base.

What a typical day looks like:

* Collects and comprehends external and internal customers’ expectations or
feedback on supplier quality and participates with other top management
personnel and cross functional teams in formulating and establishing company
policies, operating procedures, innovation plans, and goals for supplier
quality.
* Explore, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors related to
suppliers and components such as new regulations, cost of quality, suppliers’
risks, supplier’s performance, and proposals to other members of management
team.
