Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in driving productivity, ensuring schedule attainment, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
3–5 years of experience in production supervision
Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Ability to enforce policies and apply disciplinary actions appropriately
High level of integrity and commitment to safety and quality standards
