Position Summary
Responsible for building and managing strategic supplier partnerships to support operational continuity, improve supplier performance, and ensure the timely delivery of quality materials and services. Serves as a key cross-functional partner to purchasing, planning, receiving, and logistics teams, driving issue resolution, order execution,



and procurement accuracy while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and strengthen supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage supplier communication for open orders, delivery dates, confirmations, and issue resolution
• Build strong supplier relationships through consistent follow-up and professional communication
• Expedite purchase orders and identify delayed, at-risk, or short-shipped items
• Track supplier performance, including on-time delivery, responsiveness, and order accuracy
• Own resolution of supplier issues related to late shipments, discrepancies, quality concerns, and incomplete deliveries
• Coordinate inbound logistics, including shipment tracking, freight updates, and delivery confirmations
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, confirmations, receipts, shipping documents, and supplier correspondence
