As Senior Capital Project Engineer you will play a key role for management and execution of projects in the division of 3M San Luis Potosi SL.P. Mexico. In this role you will be able to Leads cross-functional project teams from concept through successful completion of medium to high complexity projects. Negotiates project recommendations and implementation with business partners. Possesses recognized expertise in a particular field of technology. Applies technical specialty to business opportunities to optimize project management and capital expenditures. Identifies resources and determines project priorities, which may have a integral focus. Anticipates potential project issues that may affect project success.



Manages financial aspects of major project teams, including estimating expenditures, identifying financial alternatives, contributing to the creation of AFEs, purchasing materials and/or services, monitoring and tracking costs, and payments. Proficient in utilizing engineering, sourcing, and financial systems to stay within established budget guidelines.
