If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications

Ensure the stability, control,



and continuous improvement of critical repair processes, guaranteeing product reliability, compliance with customer requirements and electronics industry standards, while minimizing quality risks and field failures.
What a typical day looks like:
Define, implement, and control critical repair processes for electronic assemblies (PCBAs) across SMT, ICT, backend, and functional test operations.
Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, RCA, Ishikawa (Fishbone), Pareto Analysis, and Process FMEA.
Establish repair criteria and rework limits in accordance with IPC standards and customer-specific requirements.
Validate repair equipment, tools, thermal profiles, and repair methodologies to ensure process effectiveness and product reliability.
Provide technical support to Production, Quality, NPI, and Test Engineering during line stoppages, quality escapes, and critical manufacturing events.
