The Opportunity
Your Impact
This role will partner the Experience Consumer Research team located in Mexico Capability Center (MCC) to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of Sensory Consumer Experience.
This role will apply technical expertise to design and program Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market ICC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Program ICC / CL MCC Manager, Data Analyst, reporter Sensory and Consumer Scientist, and vendor to design and program each Consumer research study, while ensuring best practices.
Leverage existing general Consumer Research Transformation (CRT) processes and protocols and implement to drive time and cost efficiencies.
Lead questionnaire generation- applying silver (AI) ready data tags. Ensure questionnaire is approved by Consumer Scientist
Program questionnaire into EyeQuestion software. Generate study design (i.e. sequential monadic, monadic), serving order for number of consumers, blinding codes and share with field work agency and Category Lead.
