Drive new business growth across strategic commercial and enterprise accounts in Mexico by creating qualified pipeline and connecting customer priorities with Genesys Cloud and AI-powered customer experience solutions. You will own early-stage engagement across outbound prospecting and inbound demand, building relevant conversations with decision-makers and translating customer challenges into meaningful sales opportunities.
Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances,



and Channel teams to shape account strategies, prioritize opportunities, and strengthen market coverage. Your work will directly support regional pipeline and revenue goals while helping organizations improve how they engage with their customers through cloud, AI, and modern customer experience technology.
