JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in
Guadalajara, North Campus.





Reporting to the Director, Materials the Material Planning Analyst is
responsible for maintaining materials and purchasing data, supporting production
with supply information, coordinating supplier contracts, ensuring Certificates
of Conformance compliance, and managing outsourced parts schedules. This role
ensures data accuracy, material availability, and supports high-volume
manufacturing operations.

What a typical day looks like:

* Maintain accurate materials, purchasing, and supply chain data in ERP
systems.
* Provide timely supply information to production and planning teams.
* Coordinate supplier contracts and maintain Certificates of Conformance.
* Create and maintain outsourced parts schedules.
* Audit and validate data integrity (e.g., quotations, discrepancies).
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis (BOMs, metrics, PPV tracking).
